+ Is the Colored Hair Virgin?

No, colored hair is no longer Virgin. To achieve colored hair, we color our Virgin hair using our special ammonia-free coloring process. When shopping on our site, If the color you select is not Virgin Natural #1, then the hair has been colored and is not Virgin.

+ Should I wash my hair before I install it?

Absolutely! The shipping process sometimes flattens the hair and a nice wash or co-wash can really bring it back to life.

+ How much hair do I need?

Weaves & Bulk Hair

For a full install we recommend 2 packs if your trying to achieve 18 inches and under. For 20 inches and over we may recommend a 3rd pack for a full installation. It's always better to purchase a little extra rather than not enough. You can always return any unopened packs or use any leftover for a future purchase. You can never have enough hair!

Fusion Hair

We recommend 150 to 200 strands for a full installation. That's 6 to 8 packs depending how full of a look you are trying to achieve.

Tape Hair

We recommend 6 to 8 packs for a full installation.

Clip Ons

One set will add length and volume, but 2 sets will make you an all out diva! Go for 2 if glam is what you are after. This includes Volumizers, but please know that installing 2 Volumizers can be tricky. Contact us for more info.

+ How do I match my hair color?

Take a peek at our color and matching system where you can view color swatches of our most popular colors. Our hair colors have proven to work for the most popular and desirable natural shades.

However, due to the nature of natural hair, colors can have slight variations. If you are particular about your shade we encourage you to upload a photo right from your computer and phone from the form located right on this page so we can do our best to hand select your best match. Easy peasy.

Our customer service team is relentless about making sure your satisfied with your hair from beginning to end, so do not hesitate to reach out for help. We can even send you photos of the actual hair you would be receiving. We will work closely with you to find your perfectly matched color.

+ What products should I use on my hair?

We only recommend high quality hair care products. Always choose sulfate-free products. Avoid using cheap products found at your local drug or grocery store. These products contain chemicals that can dry out the hair. In addition, your local stores often stock old product which can cause certain chemical agents within the product to be deactivated.

+ How often should I wash my hair?

We recommend shampooing and conditioning the hair at least once a week using professional grade products. If you have Clip-On extensions this will be about every fourth wear. Since the hair is no longer attached to a live root, properly cleansing and conditioning your extensions is crucial.

  • Over shampooing (more than 3-4 times a week) will lead to drying out the hair.
  • Under shampooing (less than once a week) can lead to build up, which will cause tangling and matting.

We ship worldwide. You will see various shipping options for FedEx and the United States Postal service based on your zip code, state, or country. We do not ship to Mars.

In a nutshell, we offer a no hassle 14-day refund or exchange (minus shipping costs (for all unused products). Our policy allows you to wash, condition and brush through the hair, while in the zip ties, to ensure full satisfaction of the product before use. A 15% restocking for non-vip customers (5% for vip customers). Custom orders are charged a orders 35% restocking fee.

FAST! You can receive your order the very next day by 8am if you need it! We offer several expedited shipping options at checkout, but please keep in mind that our shipping cutoff is 2pm PST. That means you need to get your order in by 2pm our time in California for it to ship the same day. This applies to all orders placed Monday through Friday, excludes Saturday.

How do I track my package?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please make sure to check the email you used when you made your payment through PayPal.

Where do you ship from?

Our shipping facility is located in Colorado, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our hair extensions and products Internationally with USPS or Fed Ex. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by your country customs office. We ship to Canada, U.K. and Australia all the time and find it to be a smooth and easy process for our clients there.

We don't ship to countries with high incidences of Fraud or Infrastructure issues. We also have stringent standards for fraud for International orders. If it doesn't pass the standards of our third party fraud analysis firm, we will cancel your order.

How much hair should I buy for a full install?

We recommend that if you are aiming for a full install of less than 18 inches, you should buy two packs of hair. For longer installations over 20 inches, a third pack can be added. We tell our customers always to buy a little more than you need in case you find you do not have enough. We accept returns on unopened packages. If you have opened the package, you can always save the hair for a future installation.

How many sets of clip ons do I need?

Just a single set of clip ons will give you the volume and length that you are looking for. However, if you want a more glamorous look, then we recommend two packs.

How should I match my hair color?

We have a comprehensive color matching system, where we display our most popular color choices in swatches. We feature a range of natural shades as well as their variations, and our proven color system will enable you to achieve your chosen look. We also provide color matching services for peace of mind, and you can upload a picture from your smart phone or computer using our form so that we can match your hair color perfectly for you.

How quickly will I receive my hair?

We work extremely hard to ensure that you receive your hair as soon as possible, often as soon as the next day by 8am if you choose expedited shipping during checkout. Be sure to place your order before 2pm PST as this is our shipping deadline for same day shipping. This shipping policy applies for Monday to Friday only.

What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is considered hair that has never been colored. If you would like colored hair, we use ammonia-free coloring agents to achieve the final look. We mark all virgin hair as Virgin Natural #1, which means no coloring has been performed at all.

Can the virgin hair be colored?

Yes, however, virgin hair is completely natural and effects will differ with each piece. Virgin #1B hair can only be lifted two to three levels without bleaching and this can only be performed by a professional who has been trained to do so.

We recommend that you not have colored hair recolored, as this can lead to unexpected results due to the fact that multiple chemical processes have been applied.

If you do wish to color your virgin or already colored hair yourself, we strongly recommend that you first perform a strand test which will allow you to see the end result. However, we do also recommend that you have a licensed colorist perform the transformation for you. We have little options in being able to help you if a problem occurs during the coloring process.
