Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  We ship via USPS and FedEx. Please note that when you place an order, we may be in contact with you if stock is unavailable and this will cause delays in processing/shipping your order, if you do not respond in a timely manner.  

 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

Please allow anywhere from 4-7 business days to receive ground shipping orders. 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

Expedited orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, as long as all the items on the order are in-stock. 
Please note that we may be in contact with you if stock is unavailable and this will cause delays in shipping if you do not respond in a timely manner.Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and rural/remote locations may take a little longer to deliver.  Please note your appointment date and time in Order Notes, so we can try to ship accordingly.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International orders should be paid by PayPal to avoid holds placed on unverified international credit cards. If your payment information is unverified, we may ask for further documentation including card issuer contact information. We ship to the following countries:

We typically ship via FedEx. We can't guarantee delivery dates for any international orders, and orders are estimated to deliver anywhere from 5-10 business days. Tracking numbers for FedEx will be provided/emailed once your order ships. 

Remy Hair Distributors ships DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If additional charges incur, you are responsible for payment to have your package clear customs.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 

Remy Hair Distributors is closed on Holidays and does not ship on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

 

UNAVAILABLE STOCK 

Sometimes products are out of stock or not available for immediate shipping. We will notify by email. At that time, you may elect to keep the order on backorder and wait for the product to come back in-stock, accept an alternate color/length/product, or cancel your order.

REFUND POLICY

  • We do not offer any refunds or cancelations once your order has been placed. We only offer exchanges only for unopened, unused, unbundled hair. We cannot give exchanges on hair that has been opened, installed, colored, permed, or processed in any manner. All items must be in the original packaging unopened. Same condition as you received them.

    You must contact us directly to receive approval of return prior to returning any hair. Exchanges will not be permitted after 2 days.We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is opened and used in any visible manner, we will not issue or exchanges for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc.
