+ Can I use reward points with the VIPRO Discount?
yes, you can use your Remy Points for addional discounts and rewards combines with your VIP member discount!
+ What if I'm already a Partner Stylist with you?
Partners who are Non-Vipros get 20%. With the VIPRO Membership you get 30% off. The discounts cannot be combined, it's one or the other.
+ Can I use sale discounts with the VIP discount?
No, as a VIPRO member you cannot receive any more discounts on top of your 30% VIPRO discount, unless you use Remy Points with your purchase.
+ Will I be automatically recharged after 1 year?
Yes, we automatically recharge your caredit card after 1 year unless you decide to cancel your subscription.
+ What if I don't like it, can I get a refund?
The VIP Membership is non-refundable. We encourage you to do as much research as possible before signing up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
+ How long is the membershiop valid?
It's valid for 1 year (365 days) from the exact date of purchase. For example, if you are approved as a member on January 1st, 2018, it would be valid until January 1st, 2019.
+ Is it transferable or can I share the membership?
No, the membership is only valid for 1 person, and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Doing so would be cause for immediate termination of the membership. We use IP tracking along with other security measures to ensure every member is in compliance with the terms and conditions.
+ What is the return policy for products?
We have a very flexible 14 day return policy for all products that have not been used or tampered with. You are able to wash and condition all our hair to ensure the quality meets your expectations. Read our full return and exchanges policy here.

Bundle deals are excluded, but clearance items are included and eligible for an additional 20% off. What a deal!
